The jersey was released to commemorate the last season at the unrenovated Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor and was only worn once in the Bundesliga match against 1. FC Köln on November 27, 2015. The unique design pays tribute to the Lilies' traditional home stadium, which has been the club's home since 1921. An extraordinary collector's item for Darmstadt fans and jersey collectors.
